CHICKEN TERIYAKI 
SAUCE:

1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
1 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sauterne
Garlic
Chicken breasts or other pieces

Bone and skin chicken breasts. Place in shallow dish. Put sliced pineapple on top. Pour mixture over. Cover. Let sit in refrigerator for several hours. Grill chicken over hot coals outside. Save sauce to baste often. Grill pineapple slices. Serve chicken breasts with pineapple slice on top.
