OVEN BURGERS 
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. reg. oats, uncooked
1 c. evaporated milk
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Simmer 15 minutes. combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Shape in small patties (or 10 hamburger patties if you prefer). Cook over medium heat until browned, turning only once. Arrange patties in a baking dish. Pour catsup mixture over patties. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns if you want.

These burgers were incredible. The only thing I will change next time is cutting the evaporated milk down to 1/2 c. due to the fact that they were a little mushy, but hands down, best burger I have had in a long time!

Oh! Yes!... try adding a dash of A-1. Any meat recipe that calls for Vinegar, Worcestershire, onion HAS to be loaded with flavor. A-1... is in the same flavor families as the Worcestershire...
