ORANGE - CREAM - FROSTED LOAF 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
2 c. whipped cream, whipped
1 tsp. orange extract
14 pecan halves
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. toasted coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Prepare, bake and cool cake as directed on package. Chill cooled cake for ease in cutting. Cut chilled cake into halves lengthwise and then split the halves, making a total of 4 layers. Combine whipped cream and orange extract; spread between layers and on sides and top of cake. Arrange pecan halves down center of cane and place mandarin oranges in wide rows on each side of pecans. Coat sides of cake with toasted coconut. 16 to 20 servings.
