1 c. white syrup
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
6 c. Special K

Boil sugar and syrup until sugar is dissolved. Stir in peanut butter and blend. Stir in Special K. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Melt chips and blend together. Spread on top of above mixture.
