6 potatoes
6 carrots
1 or 2 stalks celery
Onion
2 lb. meat
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cans water
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Place meat and vegetables in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over all. Cover and bake for 5 hours at 250 degrees.
