MY MOM'S APPLE PIE 
About 10 apples, cut & peeled into sm. pieces
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon or apple pie spice

Mix dry ingredients together, coat all apples. Put in 2 pie shells, dot with butter. Arrange ready to roll out pie crust on top. Slit top and flute crust. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place pies on upper rack. Sprinkle with cinnamon- sugar on top crust. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour. Let stand to cool. Yield 2 pies.
