YEAST ROLLS 
2 c. hot tap water
3 pkgs. rapid rise yeast
2 eggs, room temperature
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. salad oil
6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Combine hot water, sugar, yeast, eggs in bowl. Stir until dissolved. Add oil and salt. Add 3 cups of flour. Mix good and keep adding rest of flour. Then put in greased bowl and let rise 1 hour or until double in bulk. Knead down and make rolls and let rise double in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Yield: about 2 dozen.
