BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lg. bunches broccoli
10 slices bacon, fried and crumbled (or 1 can of crumbled bacon)
1/2 sm. red onion, diced
2/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix above ingredients together and refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar; refrigerate. Put dressing on salad a few hours before serving; mix again right before serving.
