LEMON DREAM BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 lemon

Cream butter, confectioners sugar adding the 1 cup of flour gradually. Pat into 8 inch pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients. Pour lemon mixture over hot crust as soon as it is removed from oven. Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until firm. dust immediately with confectioners sugar. Let cool. Cut with knife dipped in cold water.
