4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
2/3 c. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in a 9"x12" greased pan for 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool and refrigerate.

TOPPING;
6 oz. chocolate chips
3 oz. butterscotch chips
2/3 c. crunchy peanut butter

Melt together and spread over bars.
