POCKET PIZZA 
1 c. flour
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pizza sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Mushrooms
Sausage

Beat flour, milk, oil, baking powder and salt together until the dough leaves the sides. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; gather into a ball; knead 10 times. Cover with a bowl; let stand 15 minutes. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly oil a 12-inch pizza pan.

Roll out dough on pizza pan into a 12-inch circle. Spread half the pizza sauce on half of the pizza dough circle. Cover with half of the cheese, mushrooms, sausage, remaining sauce and cheese. Fold dough over filling and seal edge. Prick top with fork. Bake 20-25 minutes.
