2 lb. bag Tator Tots (thawed)
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 stick melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
Crushed potato chips (optional)

Mix all ingredients (except potato chips) and pour into greased 13x9 1/2 inch baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
