TEX - MEX CASSEROLE 
1 lg. chicken, cooked and cut up
8 tortillas, cut up
1/2 c. chopped onions

Mix together: 1 can Rotel tomatoes and chiles

In an 8 x 12 dish, layer starting with cut-up tortillas. (Dissolve 1 teaspoon chicken granules and water and put over tortilla first.)

Layer: Onions, chicken, tortillas, soup mix. Top with 1 cup grated cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees 30-45 minutes.
