RONACITAS TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco mix
1 dozen tortillas, corn
1/2 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 c. hot water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sliced black olives

Brown hamburger, onion and garlic; drain. Add flour and taco mix. Stir in liquid (sauce and water). Simmer until it thickens (5 minutes).

Place 3 tortillas in the bottom of large casserole dish. Pour some of mixture over them, then a layer of olives and a layer of cheese, 3 more tortillas, etc. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
