CHERRIES IN THE SNOW 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 can Thank You cherry pie filling (can try blueberry or strawberry)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Combine flour, butter, brown sugar, and nuts in bowl (use pastry blender). Spread in 9 x 12 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and break apart or crumble back into pan. Cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream and spoon over crust. Spoon pie filling over cream layer. Refrigerate until serving.
