MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken fryer, boiled
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag Fritos corn chips, crushed
1 can Rotel tomatoes, Mexican stew

Remove bones from the chicken. Place pieces of chicken in a flat casserole dish and cover with onions, cheese and Fritos. Mix the soups together with the tomatoes and pour over the chicken. Cover with more Fritos and bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes.
