PINEAPPLE PIE 
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pt. sour cream
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding (mix as is)
1 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (8" or 9") baked pie crust

Combine pineapple, sour cream and pudding and sugar. Add 8 ounce package of Cool Whip. Put in pie crust. Chill.
