OKLAHOMA MUFFINS 
2 c. Shawnee's all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. Milnot
1/2 c. water
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter or shortening
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease muffin pans or line with paper liners. Makes 12 large or 18 small muffins. Stir dry ingredients together in mixing bowl. Combine Milnot, water, egg, shortening and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients; just until well moistened. Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake in 400 degree oven about 20 minutes.
