OLD DURHAM CHURCH CRAB CAKES 
2 lbs. crab meat
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
2-3 dashes hot sauce
2 tbsp. minced onions
4-5 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. lemon juice and pulp

Mix in order given. Fry until golden brown. Flip only once. These crab cakes freeze well.
