LEFTOVER TURKEY 
1/2 lb. lg. mushrooms
2 tbsp. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. turkey, finely chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of pepper
Pimento
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop and saute with vegetables in 1 tablespoon butter for 2-3 minutes. Add turkey, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and seasonings. Dip mushrooms into melted butter and place in a buttered baking dish. Fill caps with stuffing. Garnish with strips of pimento. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot. Eat while listening to WBZ Radio 1030.
