STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
2 1/2 c. graham crackers
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 sm. boxes frozen strawberries

Combine melted butter, sugar and crushed graham crackers. Press into bottom of 9"x13" cake pan. Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip, powdered sugar and walnuts; mix well. Spread evenly over graham cracker crust layer. Mix Jello with boiling water until dissolved. then add boxes of frozen strawberries. Let thicken slightly and pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until Jello layer has hardened.
