COCKTAIL MEATBALLS | |
2 lbs. ground beef 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. cracker crumbs 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup 1/2 pkg. dry French dressing 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Combine ground beef, eggs, cracker crumbs and cheese. Shape in 1 inch balls. Place meatballs in shallow baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking pan occasionally to turn meatballs. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer 20 minutes more. |
