COMPANY SHRIMP 
1/2 lb. cleaned shrimp
1 bunch green onions
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
Salt and pepper
1/2 stick butter

Slice onions and mushrooms. Saute in butter until slightly limp. Remove from pan and set aside. Add shrimp to juices and saute until shrimp are pink. Remove shrimp, add soup and heat. Add onions, mushrooms, and shrimp, stir will and add sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Diced pimento may be added for color. Serve over rice with green vegetable, salad and garlic bread.
