SHRIMP 'N SAUCE 
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 (6 oz.) can sm. shrimp
1/4 to 1/2 c. Golden sherry (to taste)
1 c. sour cream
Hot cooked rice

Saute onion in butter, add soup, shrimp and sherry. When simmering add some of the sauce mixture to the sour cream and blend, add to sauce carefully so the sour cream does not curdle. Heat. Do not boil! Serve immediately over rice.
