YORKSHIRE BURGERS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. dry onion soup
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter

Combine beef, soup, parsley, pepper, poultry seasoning and chili sauce. Blend egg and water; add to meat. Form into 24 meatballs. Place in 12x8 dish.

Make a batter out of the rest of ingredients. Pour over rest of meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve hot with gravy.
