3 lbs. stew beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. sherry or red wine

Mix all together. Cook until meat is tender. Add a little sour cream. Serve over rice nor noodles.
