LAURA'S JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1 lg. onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 c. uncooked rice
10 shakes hot sauce
Ketchup (until water turns reddish)
1 chicken, cut into pieces
5-6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
4 c. water
10 shakes Worcestershire sauce

In large pot, over medium heat fry down sausage in about 2 tablespoons oil; then remove. Fry chicken for about 5-10 minutes on each side. Remove. Add onions, celery, bell peppers and garlic; cook until onions are clear. Add sausage and chicken; stir. Add rice, water, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup; stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce temperature to low. Cover and cook until water is absorbed. Stir.
