2 cans carrots
2 med. green peppers, finely chopped
2 med. onions, finely chopped
1/2 bottle Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic or garlic salt

Mix all ingredients and marinate carrots overnight.
