BROWN BAG APPLE PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

FILLING:

6 med. apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Put flour and salt in pie pan, mix with moist ingredients and shape in pan. Peel and slice apples. Toss with sugar, flour and cinnamon. Place in crust.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar

Mix and sprinkle on top of apples and press down. Place in brown paper bag. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.

For peach pie, use 1/3 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and almond extract.
