BROWN BAG APPLE PIE 
TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 lg. apples

Cut and peel apples into thin slices. Mix filling with apples; arrange in pie crust. Melt butter and mix with sugar and flour. Sprinkle evenly on top of apples. Cook in brown paper grocery bag, sealing end of bag with paper clips. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
