BROWN BAG APPLE PIE 
3-4 apples, peeled, cored, sliced or chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix the above ingredients and pile into the unbaked pie shell. Then top with following mixture.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter, room temperature

This will be crumbly when mixed together. Cover apple mixture with topping. Place pie into a brown paper bag (thick). Fold over ends of bag and fasten with paper clips. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
