CHEESEBURGER PIE 
2 lb. hamburger
3 beef bouillon cubes
12 slices American cheese
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 eggs, well beaten
Pie crust
Salt
Pepper
Onions

Brown hamburger in skillet; drain fat. Add tomato sauce and bouillon cubes. Stir until cubes melt. Add dash of salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons minced onion and 1 small onion chopped. Stir in 8 slices of cheese and beaten eggs. Pour mixture into baked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, then top with remaining cheese. Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
