ONE SKILLET MARINATED CHICKEN
WITH RICE
 
1/2 c. Wish Bone Italian dressing
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
2 1/4 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton Rice and Sauce (chicken flavor)
1 jar (4 oz.) sliced pimentos, drained (optional)
1 jar (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves

In large bowl, blend dressing with wine. Add chicken. Turn to coat. Cover, marinate in refrigerator over night. Remove chicken, reserve marinate. In large skillet, heat 1/4 cup marinade. Cook chicken until done. Remove and keep warm. Add water and Lipton Rice and Sauce package and mushrooms. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 12 minutes. Stir in pimentos and basil. Heat through. Serve chicken over rice and garnish with basil.
