SKILLET CHICKEN AND RICE | |
Saute 1 green pepper, 1 onion and 1 lb. bite size chicken tenders in a skillet with a small amount of butter until chicken is done. Add 2 cups of cooked rice and 1 can of whole kernel corn. Add one package of taco seasoning mix with 3/4 cup of water and stir. Let simmer 15 minutes and serve over corn or flour tortillas. 1 green pepper 1 onion 1 lb. chicken tenders 2 c. cooked rice 1 can whole kernel corn 1 pkg. taco seasoning |
