HOT FUDGE TOPPING 
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
4 chocolate sqs.
1/2 stick butter

Mix milk and sugar. Bring to a boil, boil hard for 1 minute. Then add chocolate squares until they melt and then cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat, beat with mixer until thick, add butter. Will keep in refrigerator. (Best when served warm).
