LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef or venison
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 lg. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. lasagne noodles, cook and drain (rinse in cool water)
Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 jars spaghetti sauce
Salt and pepper

Bake in 9 x 12 inch pan. Brown and drain meat and onion. Add spaghetti sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer sauce. Layer sauce on bottom of pan. Dip noodles in one beaten egg, make second layer noodles. Mix spinach and cottage cheese and add one beaten egg. Stir well to mix. This is the third layer. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat all and end with sauce and cheeses. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees, turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake uncovered an additional 1/2 hour.
