ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1 whole chicken breasts, cooked & cut into sm. pieces
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 head, finely shredded napa cabbage
2 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. chicken ramen
1/2 c. toasted almonds, sliced

Break up dry noodles. Mix with cabbage, chicken and onions. Pour dressing. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight. Top with sesame and almonds.

DRESSING:

Seasoning from noodles
1 tbsp. sugar or 1 pkg. equal
1/2 c. seasoned rice wine vinegar
1/3 c. oil
3/4 tsp. pepper

You can substitute crab, shrimp, turkey or tuna.
