ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
2 to 3 1/2 chicken breast, cooked and cubed
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 pkg. chicken flavored Roman noodles
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. chicken flavoring, from noodles
1/4 head white cabbage, chopped
4 green onions
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, and package of flavoring from noodles. Add to chicken breast, cabbage, and onions and marinate for one to two hours. Combine sesame seeds and almonds and toast for 10 minutes at 350 degrees, don't burn. Crunch noodles, and add to almond mixture. Just before serving place on lettuce leaves or serve on croissants.
