CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice
1/2 env. Lipton's Dry Onion Soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 (1/2) chicken breasts
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. dry cooking sherry
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
Paprika

Put all ingredients, except chicken, in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Brush chicken with butter, salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken on top of rice and sprinkle with paprika. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes and serve.
