OREGANO POTATOES 
2 (15 oz.) cans whole potatoes, drained
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. oregano, crushed

Heat butter in a large skillet; add drained potatoes and oregano and saute until the potatoes are a golden brown. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve immediately. Serves 6 to 8.
