RICE OREGANO 
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. uncooked rice (do not use Minute Rice, I like brown rice)
2 c. beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. crushed oregano (not powder)

Over low heat, mix together butter and rice until rice is thoroughly coated with butter. Add to this mix, bouillon and oregano. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in covered dish.
