COLD MIRLITON SALAD 
4 sm. mirlitons
Your favorite French dressing

Cut mirlitons in half; pare and remove center seed. Boil until tender in salted water. Cool; marinate several hours in French dressing, in the refrigerator. Place 2 halves per serving on crisp lettuce leaves. Put cream cheese in cavities and sprinkle with paprika. Serves 4.
