1/4 c. water
2 tsp. aromatic bitters
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
