ORANGE COFFEE RING 
1 loaf frozen white bread dough (1 lb.)
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/3 c. chopped almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Thaw frozen dough for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at room temperature. With knife, cut dough into 6 slices, cut each slice into thirds, making 18 pieces. In small saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter; stir in orange marmalade and nuts. Form each piece of dough into a small ball; roll in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, then in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Place half the balls in a well greased 9" tube pan. Spoon half the marmalade mixture on top. Repeat with remaining balls and marmalade mixture. Cover and let rise in warm place, until almost double, about 2 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Invert at once onto plate.
