CURRIED CHICKEN 
Lg. onion
2 tbsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. ginger
1/3 c. honey
1 c. white wine
1 fryer chicken pieces
Salt & pepper to taste

Distribute chicken in baking dish on top of onion slices. Mix ginger, curry powder and honey. Pour honey mixture over chicken. Add wine (bottom of dish should have about 3/4 inch fluid, can add more wine or water if necessary). Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baste frequently with drippings. Chicken should be golden brown upon serving. Nice with rice and sliced oranges.
