2 c. sweet potato, mashed
1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves

Mix together potato, butter and sugar; add eggs. Beat after each addition. Then add other ingredients. Bake in a 9-inch square dish at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Add large marshmallows on top and brown. Wonderful!
