BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 whole package active dry yeast

TOPPING:

1/2 lb. brown and serve sausages, thinly sliced
1 tsp. dried oregano
2 whole eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Grease jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. Heat milk, water and butter over low heat, just until butter is melted; cool slightly. Mix 1 coup flour, sugar, salt and yeast in large mixer bowl. Add milk mixture gradually. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl constantly, 2 minutes. Stir in remaining flour. Cover; let rise in warm place about 20 minutes. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spread dough in pan, pressing up sides. Spread topping over dough; arrange sausage on topping. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Topping: beat eggs, milk, onion and salt. Stir in cheese.
