BERRY GLACE PIE 
Baked pie shell
1 qt. blueberries
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz. softened)

Simmer 1 cup berries, 2/3 cup water for 3 minutes. Blend sugar, cornstarch and 1/3 cup water, then add to boiling mixture. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Spread cream cheese over bottom of cooled pie shell. Save out 1/2 cup choice berries. Put remaining 2 1/2 cups in pie shell. Cover with cooked mixture and garnish with the 1/2 cup choice berries. Refrigerate until firm - 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
