LOW CAL QUICK SCRAMBLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground round or ground turkey
1 chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach (cooked)
4 eggs (or equivalent Egg Beaters)
Pepper and salt to taste

Brown ground meat and onion together. Add cooked spinach, then eggs. Stir and season to taste. Serve as scrambled dish with garlic toast and fruit salad.
