PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. pumpkin

Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl and blend well. Add eggs, oil and pumpkin and blend all together well. Spread on greased jelly roll pan (at least 11x15-inches) and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. Frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
